A large-scale project that was carried out by our teams OG3S and Eurofiliales in less than 3 months and that included :
- Complete overhaul of a BB5 water injection pump,
- Complete overhaul of a 1 stage increaser, API 613, input speed of 1780 rpm to an output speed of 3877 rpm,
- Refurbishment of the pump, gearbox and electric motor skid's feet by chemical resin coating
- Installation of each unit on the skid
- Installation and connection of auxiliary equipment
- Line up of the pump/gearbox/motor train
- Commissioning of the unit and monitoring of the operating parameters
